Welcome to My Calm Mind. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to My Calm Mind. My Calm Mind is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver our Services to you.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed. Due to the digital nature of some of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in AUD$ and are subject to change without notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As some of our products are digital, there is no shipping. Your files will be delivered via email or direct download after payment is completed. If you do not receive your files, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Physical products will be sent via Australia Post and shipped (where possible) within two business days. If there is a delay, our team will reach out to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials provided through the Services are owned by My Calm Mind or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the content. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

My Calm Mind is powered by Shopify. Your transactions are with My Calm Mind, not Shopify. You release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.
