Digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.
However, we want you to feel supported and happy with your experience. If you have any issues accessing your download, or if you believe you received the wrong file, please reach out — we’re here to help.
If Physical Products are damaged or not as described, please reach out and we will be happy to explore this with you. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.

All My Calm Mind products are non-refundable, including:
- Journals and workbooks (including digital)
- Affirmation cards
- Colouring pages (including digital)
- NotebooksÂ
- Any promotional or sale items
Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
⚠️ European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling off period under EU law. However, this does not apply to digital content once the download has begun - which includes My Calm Mind products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download starts.
